Balance 2 Health is a sports club located in Gladesville, Sydney, offering a wide range of classes and services to promote physical and mental wellbeing. The club is proud to present a variety of mat-based classes, including Mat Pilates, Barre Fusion, Back Strength & Stretch, Yoga, Step & Strength, and Seniors Strength & Balance.

These sessions take place in a comfortable and private studio setting. The club invites interested individuals to book a trial class, which is offered for free.
In addition to regular classes and private sessions, Balance 2 Health also hosts special events and holiday classes. For example, they offer free yoga classes during the month of November and provide a sneak peek at the classes they will be offering during the upcoming January term break. Balance 2 Health is conveniently located at 283 Victoria Road, Gladesville NSW 2111, between Pittwater Rd and Stansell St. The club is just a 10-minute drive from Ryde, Hunters Hill, and Drummoyne. Free off-street parking is available at the rear of the building, with a car park entrance from Pittwater Road. Parking is free for up to 3 hours.
