Allstars Dance Academy offers Ballroom Dancing classes at the Belvedere Community Centre in Norwich, Norfolk. The classes are held every Sunday evening and cost £5 per person, per class.
The class schedule includes two sessions that cater to dancers of different skill levels. At 6pm, we have the Ballroom and Latin Beginners class, perfect for those who are just starting out on their dance journey. This session will provide you with the foundations and basics of ballroom and latin dancing, ensuring that you can comfortably move and groove on the dance floor.
For those who already have some experience under their belt, our 7pm Ballroom and Latin Improvers class is the way to go. This session is designed to challenge and enhance your existing skills, allowing you to take your dancing to the next level.
But ballroom dancing isn't just about having a good time – it also offers numerous health benefits. Regular participation in our classes can help improve your posture, develop muscle strength, and prevent injuries. So while you're enjoying the music and learning new dance moves, you'll also be taking steps towards maintaining a fit and healthy lifestyle.
Now, let's talk about our amazing trainer, Bambam. With six Fitness Tournament wins under his belt, Bambam brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our classes. He understands that each dancer is unique, and he takes the time to guide and tailor his instruction to the individual needs of each participant. With Bambam's guidance, you'll be learning important sequences and reps that will undoubtedly enhance your dancing skills.
Please note that due to limited availability, we highly recommend registering for the muscle-building training sessions with Bambam as soon as possible. We want to ensure that everyone who is interested has the opportunity to participate. And if, for any reason, you find that you are unable to attend the training after securing a place, we kindly ask that you let us know. This way, we can offer your spot to another eager dancer.
