Our instructors teach from both a male and female perspective, offering a holistic and balanced approach to your practise.
The practise of Yoga consists of eight limbs, and at Bank on Yoga, we focus on the physical aspects of Yoga as well as teaching relaxation techniques. Our classes aim to improve strength, flexibility, and overall physical well-being. Additionally, practising Yoga can provide relief and support for a wide range of health conditions. If you suffer from heart disease, arthritis, anxiety and stress, high blood pressure, epilepsy, migraine headaches, back pain, hormonal imbalances, diabetes, irritable bowel syndrome, or depression, Yoga can be a beneficial practise for you.
