Barefoot Body & Soul (BBS) is a Nia, yoga and wellbeing studio in East Belfast, based at 49A Cregagh Road. Classes are beginner-friendly and suitable for all levels, with Nia adapted for every body and levels of fitness and mobility. You can practise barefoot in comfortable clothing, and mats and support props are available if needed. BBS also offers loft-style studio rentals for wellness events, including art workshops, sound baths and community circles, alongside a main studio for movement and workshop groups.
