Sweat Depot's upcoming local Boxing event, known as Basics Boxing, is a coaching-intensive session led by Erin. With a focus on honing your technique, this event is perfect for those who are looking to improve their fitness, build their confidence, and enhance their boxing skills.
In order to fully enjoy Basics Boxing, participants are expected to have a basic understanding of boxing fundamentals. This includes knowing your left from your right (trust us, it's important!) and being able to count quickly up to 20. These skills will allow you to follow the basic boxing format and get the most out of the session.
But don't worry if you're not quite there yet! At Sweat Depot, we've got you covered. We have a fantastic online members page where you can access recorded and live classes. These classes are specifically designed to help you fine-tune your technique and master different combinations. So, even if you're not quite ready for the intermediate to advanced Fight Fitness classes, you won't feel left behind.
