Join the Basingstoke Shotokan Karate Club in Basingstoke, led by the dedicated Chief Instructor, Gursharan Sahota. The club offers karate training for all ages and skill levels.
Newcomers are welcome with a free trial to build balance, coordination, self-confidence, and discipline. Families are encouraged to train together in a supportive environment.
Gursharan Sahota started his karate journey at 14 in Bedford and is now an 8th Dan with over 40 years of experience, having trained in Japan and competed internationally. He established TISKA in 1993, one of the UK's largest karate associations.
Gursharan teaches over 35 classes weekly across the UK and has helped hundreds reach black belt standard. He's also involved in charity work, supporting surgical trips for underprivileged children and funding a new school in India.
