It is equipped with a wide range of free weights and other equipment, suitable for clients of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you're overcoming physical challenges or aiming for competitive excellence, we are here to guide you every step of your unique fitness journey.

Head Coach Filip Bariencik is a highly qualified personal trainer and nutrition coach. With his expertise and knowledge, he ensures that each training session is professional, efficient, and tailored to your current goals and physical condition. Filip provides daily feedback and support to help you stay motivated and accountable.

At Battleground Training Studio, we offer a variety of training options to suit your needs. Our Consultation and Assessment service is completely free and includes understanding your needs, conducting health and nutritional screening, evaluating your lifestyle and physical activity, and creating a goal planner to map out your fitness journey.

For those who prefer one-on-one personal training sessions, we offer 60-minute sessions with Filip at 44 per session. These sessions take place in our private studio and include a personalised training programme design and nutrition coaching with online support. Filip provides an individual approach to each client's requirements, ensuring that your workouts are tailored to your abilities and goals.

If you prefer online coaching, we offer a comprehensive package at 199 per month. This includes personalised nutrition management and monitoring, personalised training plan design with periodisation and tracking, weekly check-ins and video consultations, and daily training and nutrition online support. Filip also provides technical exercise analysis of your training videos to ensure proper form and technique.
