The BEACH2BEACH Charity Fun Run is a fantastic event that the Rotary Club of Brookvale is proud to organise. Now in its 27th year, this annual run aims to raise funds for local charities on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. Over the years, millions of dollars have been raised to support organisations like Life Education Australia, NBI, Surf Life Saving Northern Beaches, Without A Ribbon, Bear Cottage, and Sanfilippo Children’s Foundation.
For those interested in participating, the fun run offers three course options to cater to different levels of experience. Participants can choose from a 13 km course from Dee Why Beach to Newport, a 6 km route from Warriewood to Newport, or a 3 km route from Mona Vale to Newport Beach.
Apart from enjoying a scenic run along the stunning Northern Beaches, participants will also be contributing to a greater cause. The event concludes with a Family Festival at the finish line in Newport Beach. The festival includes live music, a licensed bar area, international food options, and fun rides and games for the kids, making it a delightful day out for the entire family.
Rotary Brookvale invites everyone to join in organising this significant charity fun run. Businesses looking to support a great cause can also explore sponsorship opportunities that provide exposure while giving back to the community.
Save the date for the next BEACH2BEACH Charity Fun Run on Sunday, 25th August 2024, and be part of the largest charity fun run on the Northern Beaches of Sydney.
Let's aim to make the next event even bigger and better than the successful 2022 run, which saw 3,000 participants and 480 volunteers coming together for a great cause!
