It was founded by Mellissa and Alan Thrift, who initially ran a Chelmsford City Colts team. In 1996, they decided to transition the team into adult football as they had outgrown youth football.

Kurt Bottomley manages the club's only Saturday team and also serves as the Secretary. Kurt has been with the club since 2016 and has been a key figure in their push-up the Mid-Essex League. Jack Avis, the Sunday Firsts Manager, led the team to promotion in the 22/23 season. With the team now moved up two divisions, Jack aims to continue Beaulieu Park's rise in Sunday football.
Adam Hart, the Sunday Reserves Manager, has taken on the challenge of leading the newly formed reserves team. With years of experience in football and being a part of Beaulieu Park for a few years, Adam brings valuable expertise to the role.
Lewis Sibbons is the Fixtures Secretary and has been a significant help to the club. He took on the role in the 21/22 season and has been responsible for organising the team's fixtures and ensuring smooth operations on game days.
