Our focus is on providing group fitness classes for all ages and fitness levels, with beginners always being welcomed with open arms. Our gym is unique in that we offer majority female only classes, as well as mixed classes for those who prefer a more diverse environment. In fact, 95% of our members are female, with the few males in attendance being partners, husbands, or sons of current members.
