Right, gather 'round, sports players! Fancy a bit of stretch and zen in your life? Emma's the go-to person in Preston for all things yoga and sound therapy. She's the mastermind behind BeBliss Yoga & Sound events and she's got something special for you!

Emma’s all about helping you find your bliss—imagine yoga classes and soundbaths that melt stress away. She's learnt from the best, like the legendary John Scott, and is chuffed to bring her Ashtanga skills and sound therapy magic to her sessions. Plus, she’s got the smarts in neuroscience and physiology, so you know you're in safe hands.

Head over to Mandala Preston on Derby Street if you're keen for a class. Thursdays, she’s there from 6-7pm and 7:05-8:20pm upstairs, and Fridays from 6-7:15pm downstairs. It’s just a sixner for a drop-in or £25 for a block of five. If you're a Newman student or teacher, there are exclusive classes for you lot too!
