Sue's been through it all. As a mum of two teenagers, she knows first-hand the battle with weight and the rollercoaster of yo-yo diets. In 2014, everything changed when she fought and beat cancer. That was her turning point. She ditched a 25-year career and turned to fitness, making it her mission to help others. Since 2015, she’s been training clients in her boutique studio between York and Harrogate.
