Laura is a highly experienced and qualified personal trainer based in Cambridge, with over 20 years of experience in the industry. She has worked in various settings, including private clubs, the YMCA, and corporate fitness companies before becoming a freelance in-home personal trainer in 2007. Laura's passion for physical exercise and helping others achieve and maintain healthy bodies has been evident since her teenage years when she worked as a lifeguard, swimming instructor, and aqua fit teacher.
