Headon Boxing Academy Ballsbridge is hosting a 3-week Beginner Boxing Course at HBA Marian Studio starting on May 7th. This course is tailored for those who are new to boxing and want to hone their skills while improving their fitness levels. The sessions will cover a range of fundamentals including boxing stance, footwork, basic techniques, hooks, uppercuts, counter punching, conditioning, defense, and advanced combos.
The classes will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 19:30, offering a well-rounded introduction to the sport of boxing. HBA Marian Studio also provides shower and changing facilities for added convenience during your training sessions.
