Join YogaIntuition's Beginners Yoga Course in Christchurch for a holistic yoga experience where participants will move slow and gentle, build a strong foundation, and receive individual attention for the best possible learning experience. The 9-week program kicks off on May 3, 2024, on Fridays at 7 pm, introducing 30+ Beginner Yoga postures and the 8 Limbs of Yoga.

With intuitive guidance and adjustments tailored to each participant's needs, individuals will create their own personal practice at their own pace. The course includes a well-rounded approach with warm-ups, stretches, breathing techniques, restorative poses, and guided deep relaxation to wrap up each class.

Participants can embrace strength, flexibility, and balance in their lives with a touch of humor and inspiring thoughts woven throughout. Small groups of no more than 8 participants ensure a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all involved. In addition to the physical practice, participants will also delve into Mudras & Mantras and receive a brief introduction to meditation.
