We offer day time and evening classes, both in-person and online, to cater to your schedule and preferences. Whether you prefer a group setting or private instruction, we have options to suit your needs.
In addition to regular yoga classes, Beingmore also provides specialised courses for specific needs. Our Healthy Back Course is a six-week programme that focuses on gentle, yet highly effective yoga-based exercises that have been clinically proven to reduce back pain. Throughout the course, you will learn about your core stability muscles and how to recruit them effectively and safely to support a pain-free back. This course is available both in-person and online, allowing you to participate from the comfort of your own home.
Our Wellbeing Course is a four-week programme designed for busy individuals navigating a busy and overstimulating world. Through this experiential course, you will learn strategies to improve your sleep, manage stress, relax your body, soothe your nervous system, and calm your mind. With the tools and techniques gained from this course, you will be better equipped to navigate the challenges of daily life and prioritise your overall wellbeing.
For young professionals and university students, we offer the Young Hearts Course, a comprehensive programme that combines yoga, meditation, life skills, and values-based coaching. This course focuses on self-care strategies for managing stress and overwhelm, avoiding burnout, and gaining self-awareness and confidence. By leading from the heart and embracing your uniqueness, you will develop into a creative and open-hearted young leader.
For those seeking a tranquil outdoor experience, we also offer Yoga in Nature, a blissful two-hour restorative yoga session amidst the serene trees of the local bushland. This unique practise allows you to connect with nature while nurturing your body and mind.
