As a Level 3 Personal Trainer with a BSc (Hons. In Sport Studies, I have the knowledge and expertise to help individuals of all fitness levels and backgrounds. Whether your goal is to lose weight, increase muscle mass, improve fitness levels, or embark on a complete transformation and lifestyle change, I am here to support and motivate you through your journey.
I offer 1-2-1 personal training sessions, which are the most effective way to achieve your fitness goals. These sessions are tailored to your specific needs and goals, and include a personalised training programme, goal-specific nutrition advice, and body measurement tracking. I believe in a holistic approach to fitness, focusing not only on exercise but also on nutrition to ensure long-term success.
For those who prefer a more social setting, I also offer small group personal training sessions for 2–6 people. These sessions are a more enjoyable and less intimidating way to train, whether it's with a partner or in a small group format. In these sessions, you will receive the same level of attention and guidance as in 1-2-1 sessions, along with group nutritional advice and body measurement tracking.
I understand that nutrition plays a crucial role in reaching and maintaining your fitness goals. That's why I offer nutrition consultations, which complement your tailored training programme. During these consultations, I provide a nutritional analysis, a food diary template, education on energy balance, and goal-dependent calorie tracking. I also break down macronutrients to help you understand how to fuel your body properly.
In addition to in-person training, I also offer online coaching services. This is a cost-effective and popular trend in the fitness world, where you can receive a personalised training programme and nutrition advice, along with regular check-ins with me as your coach. Online coaching provides flexibility and convenience, allowing you to reach your goals wherever and whenever it suits you.
