Welcome to BensBodyFitness, a premier personal training and sports therapy service located in Maidenhead. Founded by Ben Alderton in March 2015, BensBodyFitness has grown from a one-man band to a team of seven dedicated personal trainers and sports therapists. In November 2019, Ben handed over the reins to Rhianna and Adam, ensuring a seamless transition and continued success for the business.
At BensBodyFitness, we believe that exercise should be enjoyable and strive to create a fun and energetic environment during our personal training sessions. Our team is currently based at Furze Platt Leisure Centre in Maidenhead, but we also offer home and outdoor personal training and sports massage sessions across Maidenhead, Reading, Newbury, Basingstoke, and the surrounding areas. We are also planning to expand our services to cover the rest of Berkshire in the near future.
When you choose BensBodyFitness as your personal training partner, you will have the opportunity to meet and work with a trainer of your choice. Whether you prefer a male or female trainer, our team will work closely with you to identify your goals and develop a tailored training package. Our packages can include 1-2-1 sessions, workout plans, and nutritional advice to ensure that you have all the tools necessary to achieve your fitness goals.
If you're eager to embark on your fitness journey, we offer a range of workout and nutrition plans designed by our personal trainers. Starting from just 19, these plans are accessible to everyone and provide an excellent foundation for a healthier lifestyle.
One of our trainers, Callum, covers the Maidenhead area. He qualified as a Personal Trainer in September 2017 and is also skilled in teaching Circuit Groups. Callum's personal passion for the gym makes his job a breeze, as he genuinely enjoys helping others achieve their fitness goals.
