For those who prefer a more intimate workout space, we have a women's studio that provides a safe and inclusive environment for female-identifying individuals to exercise comfortably. The YWCA Health Fitness Centre promotes respect for everyone's gender identity, giving members the freedom to choose the workout area that suits them best.

In addition to our main fitness areas, we also offer a variety of group fitness classes in our three dedicated studios.
