Paul wants you all to know that Bentley Amateur Boxing Club in Doncaster is shaking things up a bit. Currently, the club is closed as they're moving to a new premises, but don't worry. Paul has big things lined up, including a snazzy new website coming soon.

For just £10 a year, you can become a member of Bentley ABC. Once you're in, session fees drop to £3 for under 15s and £5 for those 16 and older. If you're not a member, it's £6 per session. Sound good? Just pop by the club to fill out a membership form, or get in touch to have it emailed over. A quick induction and you’ll be ready to box.

Paul's chuffed with the coaching team at Bentley ABC. They’re all volunteers who know their stuff, from basics to advanced techniques, so there's something for everyone. Plus, they’re England Boxing affiliated, holding all the proper Emergency First Aid, Child Safeguarding, and DBS certificates.

The gym’s open on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. Under 15s train from 5 pm to 6 pm, while those 16 and above train from 6:15 pm to 7:15 pm. Swing by during these times to check it out.

The dream team includes Head Coach Kev Burton, Level 1 Coach Sam Barnett, and dedicated volunteers Mick Thompson and Tracey Barnett. They're the backbone of this place.
