They have worked with clients with hip/knee replacements, arthritis, and neck, arm, and back trouble, providing a safe and effective approach to fitness.

The studio itself boasts two light and airy studios, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for participants. Classes and personal training sessions are offered at beginner levels through to advanced, catering to participants from age 13 to 85. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment to ensure a high-quality workout experience.
