Bfit with Tarsh, located in Lower Hutt, is a Pilates studio dedicated to helping clients achieve healthier bodies and minds. Founded in 2007, Tarsh, with over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry, believes in living a life full of joy, gratitude, and free of judgement. These core values inform and guide the teachings and practises at Bfit with Tarsh, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.

At Bfit with Tarsh, a variety of services, classes, workshops, and more are offered to cater to a diverse range of fitness goals. The studio provides group classes such as Pilates, Pilates Reformer – Blast, Barre-Core, Stretch and Core, B&D Boxing & Discipline, and Zumba classes. All group classes are also available live online with Zoom, allowing clients to exercise from the comfort of their own homes.

Tarsh, the driving force behind Bfit with Tarsh, is dedicated to supporting her clients and empowering them to improve not just their physical fitness but also their overall well-being. With a passion for the fitness industry, Tarsh has amassed extensive knowledge and experience in exercise and fitness throughout her 20-year career. As a mother of two boys, Tarsh understands the challenges of finding time to exercise and the feelings of judgement and guilt that can arise. However, she emphasises the importance of self-care and investing in one's future body to maintain long-term health and happiness.

Tarsh's personal fitness journey began with competitive gymnastics, where she achieved her dream of representing New Zealand. This experience instilled in her the understanding of the hard work and dedication required to reach fitness goals. Having taught various styles of fitness over the years, including Pilates, Tarsh has witnessed firsthand the incredible benefits that Pilates brings to the body. Her belief in the transformative power of Pilates fuels her passion for teaching and inspiring others to incorporate this valuable exercise into their lives.

With a wide range of fitness qualifications and experience, Tarsh is well-equipped to cater to the diverse needs of her clients. She holds a Bachelor of Nursing Mori degree and is trained in both Classical and Contemporary Pilates. Tarsh also has certifications in Pilates Reformer and Zumba Fitness, ensuring that her clients receive expert guidance and instruction in their fitness journeys.
