Hardeep brings her lifelong passion for Bhangra and Bollywood dance to create classes that mix traditional moves with modern fitness techniques.
1. **BhangraFusion HIIT**: This programme combines traditional Bhangra steps with high-intensity interval training. It's an effective and enjoyable way to burn calories and improve rhythm, coordination, endurance, and agility.
2. **Fusion Beats**: Participants can enjoy drumming to the sound of the dhol while getting fit. This high-energy workout enhances rhythm, coordination, endurance, and agility, making exercising both fun and effective.
3. **Bolly Fusion**: A Bollywood-themed aerobic workout that merges the excitement of Bollywood music with fitness. This fast-paced class improves flexibility, tones core muscles, and boosts coordination.
As the founder and instructor, Hardeep uses her extensive background in dance and personal experience balancing a busy life with five children to create a supportive environment for others. She’s found her purpose in dance and fitness, aiming to empower others to become healthier and happier.
Beyond just physical fitness, Hardeep also provides nutritional advice and support, advocating for a holistic approach to health. She offers a 30-day plan to healthy living and supports her clients on their journey towards a sustainable, healthy lifestyle.
Bhangra, with its rich history dating back to the 14th to 15th century in Punjab, evolved into a community dance form in the 1800s.
