Craig believes personal training should be truly personal, and the expert trainers are there to guide each individual.
Group studio classes are also on offer for those who prefer not to train alone. These classes provide the chance to work out with friends and enjoy the camaraderie of group exercise. Non-members are welcome to join any class for a small fee, adding to the inclusive vibe.

B! Health & Fitness launched its first limited membership club in Lyme Regis in January 2015. Spanning over two floors and 3,700 sq ft, this club was set up to cater to the diverse needs of its members. Since its inception, a strong sense of community has been cultivated, with many original members still actively involved.
The club offers various memberships, nutritional advice, personal training services, body metrics assessments, remote coaching, and a selection of supplements and refreshments.
Following the success in Lyme Regis, B! Health & Fitness expanded its reach to Honiton in 2018. With a 9,000 sq ft space, the Honiton club features a state-of-the-art indoor cycling studio with impressive audiovisual arrangements. The limited membership basis prevents overcrowding, quickly establishing Honiton as a leader in local fitness.
