Our club is open to both juniors and seniors, with training available for juniors as young as 8 years old. We provide comprehensive training in all track and field events, from beginner level to elite. Our experienced coaches are passionate about helping athletes reach their full potential and achieve their goals.
In addition to track and field, we also offer distance and multi-terrain training for adults who are able to run 5k or more. This provides an opportunity for our members to expand their skills and explore different types of running.
