Master Chony Basnet, a 3rd Dan Black Belt from South Korea, has imbued the academy with a curriculum that blends traditional Taekwondo forms, practical self-defense, and Olympic-style sparring skills. His philosophy emphasizes that Taekwondo is not only about self-defense but also about self-improvement, with instructors focusing equally on teaching life skills and physical techniques.
