Lisa Sommerlad, the founder of Bindu Creative Dance and Yoga, is formally trained in Hatha, Ashtanga, and Karma yoga. She is a qualified Children's Yoga teacher and a senior teacher of Yoga and Meditation School of India. Lisa received her Diploma of Teaching Creative Dance from Mangala Studios of Yoga and Creative Dance, where she also taught children's classes for five years. An accomplished visual artist, Lisa's bold and vibrant paintings are inspired through her spiritual practice and reflection. She recognises the immeasurable potency of art and incorporates it into her teachings.
