Since our inception in January 2005, the club has steadily grown from a casual gathering of friends to one of Mumbai's premier football academies. Originally, the focus was on rink football tournaments—a thrilling and fast-paced format (4v4, 5v5, 6v6)—but the vision soon expanded to encompass comprehensive youth training and development.
The academy believes that every child should have the opportunity to play and harness their natural talents. Around 2010, the club started its dedicated training programs, providing young, talented players the chance to compete in tournaments, even without sponsorship. The philosophy here is simple yet profound: give back to society by nurturing talent, developing players, and fostering an enduring love for football.
At Black Ants, qualified and passionate coaches like Rohit D'souza, Shaun Rodrigues, Siddharth Pradhan, Vighnesh Nair, Rohit Kamble, and Cyrus Takkar commit their expertise to help young athletes thrive. With a diverse schedule covering various age groups, each session aims to enhance agility, muscle strength, cognitive function, and teamwork. The academy not only emphasizes physical development but also strives to build confidence and social skills among its players.
