Are you the owner of Blackrock Athletic Club?
Individual goals, allowing members to progress at their own pace. The Fit4Life section at Blackrock A. aims to create a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere for new members to join, get active, and improve their fitness levels, whether their goal is to complete a 5K race or to run a marathon. Training sessions are held regularly, led by experienced coaches who provide guidance, support, and motivation to help participants achieve their fitness goals.
Additionally, the section organises group runs, social events, and workshops to help members connect with each other, build friendships, and stay motivated on their wellness journey.
