Bliss by Robin Yoga (Tetbury) is a yoga instructor based in Tetbury, New Zealand. Founded in 2015 by Robin, the first ever teen in the UK to become a yoga teacher, Bliss by Robin aims to empower young people with effective and engaging tools to support their mental health.
Robin, who has used yoga throughout her own teen years, is on a mission to share and empower others to lead happier, healthier, and more peaceful lives. Through yoga practise, young people are taught techniques to de-stress, focus, and become comfortable in their physical bodies. The classes help relieve muscular tension and strengthen the whole body, with a particular emphasis on the core and back.
In addition to physical benefits, Bliss by Robin focuses on mindfulness, meditation, and relaxation techniques that enable young people to take control of their mental health. Bliss by Robin offers free online 'Movement for Wellbeing' classes for young people aged 12-24, funded by Gloucester Cathedral. These classes aim to provide support during the COVID-19 pandemic and can be attended on a weekly basis or as suits the individual.
