Blissful Bears offers a fun and engaging Baby Yoga class that combines the benefits of yoga with sensory play. This 5-week course is suitable for babies from birth to crawling and is held in small, friendly groups. Each class includes a different sensory theme, such as bubbles, twinkly lights, creative play, sounds, textures, music, and fun props. The classes are designed to promote bonding and attachment between you and your baby, while also providing numerous physical and cognitive benefits.

During the classes, you will learn a series of gentle yoga poses and movements to practise with your baby. These movements help to improve muscle tone and flexibility, stimulate baby's circulatory, digestive, immune, respiratory, and nervous systems, and promote overall development. The classes also incorporate sensory play, which encourages your baby's curiosity and exploration of the world around them.

At Blissful Bears, we believe in creating a supportive and relaxed environment for both you and your baby. It is perfectly normal for babies to become unsettled during class, and we encourage you to attend to their needs, whether it be feeding, changing their diaper, or simply comforting them. Our classes are fully baby-led, ensuring that we work at your baby's pace and remain child-led for our Terrific Toddlers.

Blissful Bears also offers Sensory and Song classes, which are suitable for babies and toddlers from birth to 4 years old. These classes incorporate a range of sensory activities, music, and songs to engage and stimulate your child's senses. Each week features a different sensory adventure, including expressive movement, soothing lullabies, action songs, themed props, musical instruments, and various textures to explore.
