For those in the Horning area, Bliss Yoga offers classes at Horning Village Hall on Fridays. The morning class is a gentle class suitable for all levels, while the Mindfulness class provides a space for individuals to experience mindfulness practises aimed at bringing peace and presence to their daily lives.
In addition to regular Yoga classes, Bliss Yoga also offers Healing Sounds Gong Meditation sessions. These sessions provide a powerful and revitalising experience through sound bath meditation, helping individuals reset their minds and bodies.
