Ania Chard, the experienced therapist, offers evidence-based assessment and treatment, specifically addressing injuries or chronic conditions. Common complaints that clients often seek treatment for include neck or back pain, rotator cuff injuries, piriformis syndrome, generalised muscular tension, and soft tissue injuries.

Craniosacral Therapy is also available at the centre, which is a gentle touch therapy where clients remain fully-clothed throughout the session. This therapy is particularly beneficial for addressing headaches and stress, depression and low mood, chronic fatigue syndrome, low energy, persistent or chronic pain, sleep disorders, poor digestion, and a weak immune system.

For those looking for a more traditional massage experience, Classic Massage and Lomi Lomi (Hawaiian Temple Massage) are offered. Classic Massage is a gentle, oil massage that is tailored to each individual's needs, aiming to balance both the body and mind. Lomi Lomi, on the other hand, is a deeply relaxing oil massage accompanied by soothing music, creating a wave-like experience that nurtures and relaxes the recipient.

Blossom Therapies & Yoga operates throughout the week, with different locations for yoga classes, including Honingham, Cringleford, Sprowston, Earlham, and online via Zoom. In addition to the current schedule, a new class is starting in Barnham Broom on January 19th.

Ania Chard, the owner and therapist at Blossom Therapies & Yoga, has a wealth of experience and knowledge in the field. Her journey into bodywork began over 20 years ago in India, where she studied Yoga and Ayurveda. She furthered her studies in Sports Massage at Jackie Hamilton's School of Therapies in Norwich and discovered the transformative power of Craniosacral Therapy while on a meditation retreat in Mexico. Ania is a graduate of the two-year practitioner course at the Craniosacral Therapy Education Trust in London and has additional qualifications in Hawaiian Kahuna and Indian Rope Massage.
