Our Learn to Swim programme is specifically designed for children, with experienced and friendly swimming instructors guiding your child through their swimming journey. The programme begins with our Infants Programme, which focuses on water confidence and safety skills for children aged 4 months to 3 years. We also offer a Preschool Programme for children who are ready to develop independent swimming skills in a safe environment.

Our School Age Programme is designed for children of all abilities and progresses from beginners to advanced swimmers, teaching them all four swimming strokes. Additionally, we have an Adolescent Programme for teens who are not yet confident in the water and an Adult Programme for adults who are looking to learn or improve their swimming skills. We also offer Squad programmes for swimmers who have completed the Learn to Swim levels and want to stay fit and be challenged in the water.
