Matt Culling, the founder of BMF Be Military Fit Newmarket, has an extensive background in the military. He has served a total of 15 years in the Regular Army, Territorial Army, and Reserves. Matt has experience as a Lance Corporal Combat Medic in the Royal Medical Corp and a Lance Bombardier of the Kings Troop Royal Horse Artillery. He has been involved in State Visits, Ceremonial Duties, and equine competitions during his time in the military.

After leaving the military, Matt joined the Ministry of Defence Police and has served as various types of instructors, including a Police Fitness Instructor.
