- Strength: This 45-minute class is focused on toning and strengthening muscles using barbells, dumbbells, and resistance bands.
- Metafit: Metafit is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that targets your whole body and uses large muscle groups for maximum calorie burn and improved strength, speed, muscle tone, and cardiovascular fitness.
- Boxing: Our boxing fitness training combines resistance and cardio exercises with boxing techniques and pad work combinations with a partner. It is a fantastic way to burn calories, shape your body, increase strength and stamina, and improve coordination.
- X-Train: This session is a combination of strength and cardio exercises using a variety of equipment. It is a challenging workout that will help you burn calories and achieve your fitness goals.

As a mother of three children, Naomi understands the importance of being able to train while having your kids with you and socialise with other like-minded individuals.
