Jo, the organiser behind BodyByJo, wanted to reach out to the sports community with a personal note about what they offer. Jo, based in Auckland, founded BodyByJo back in 2013 to help people hit their fitness and health targets through tailored training programmes and nutrition advice.
Jo’s got a range of services on offer, from personal training to exercise plans and nutrition advice. Whether you’re just getting started with fitness or aiming to up your game, Jo’s got a programme that fits your needs.
A big part of what Jo does is strength training. Jo believes it's key for building muscle and cutting body fat. The programmes are designed to suit all levels, from beginners to more experienced folks, and include everything from full-body workouts to customised plans based on how many days you can train each week.
Nutrition is another focus area for Jo. Balancing proteins, carbs, and fats is the goal, and clients get guidance on how to fit these into their daily meals in an easy-to-follow way. This helps everyone not just look good but feel good too.
