Body in Motion Fitness is a modern functional fitness gym located in Dundowran, Hervey Bay. It is the only gym in the area that integrates and utilises Physiotherapy into its strength and conditioning programming. With expert coaching, exercise advice, and programming from their trainers, members also have access to the experienced team from Body in Motion Physio, who are on hand to answer questions and provide ways to minimise injury and maximise performance.

Body in Motion Fitness offers a range of classes and open gym times, ensuring excellent value for money and the ability to achieve fitness goals no matter how busy one's work/life schedule may be. The gym offers 30 classes per week, with the most popular being “Metcons” (High-intensity interval training) and “Strength” (traditional strength and conditioning). These classes are complemented by Pilates classes and a Saturday morning Bootcamp style class.

Passionate about promoting exercise for all age groups, Body in Motion Fitness also offers a discounted student rate and can accommodate and modify workouts to suit growing bodies. Whether one is new to training or looking to step up their current training, Body in Motion Fitness welcomes everyone to give it a try.

Located at 60 Lower Mountain Road, Urraween, Body in Motion Fitness is easily accessible. The gym prides itself on providing a welcoming and friendly environment where members can get fit, make new friends, and have a great time. In addition to the fitness services, Body in Motion Physiotherapy offers physiotherapy services to address a vast array of problems and injuries. They accept referrals from GPs, specialists, and other healthcare providers for DVA cardholders, private health insurance, CTP insurance, Workcover claims, and Medicare E. P. /C.

Body in Motion Physiotherapy also offers Dry Needling, a form of treatment that uses very fine sterilised needles to reduce pain and muscle tension. Dry Needling is differentiated from injection needling, which utilises a hypodermic syringe. The practise of Dry Needling can be beneficial for a wide range of conditions, including low back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, and sports injuries.
