Body Mind Wing Chun

Style Wing Chun is practised in our classes. We focus on promoting health and well-being through effective release and posture, with a strong emphasis on balance and alignment within the body. Our goal is to help our students develop not only physical strength and power, but also mental clarity and inner peace.

Wing Chun training is not only about self-defence; it is also a powerful tool for personal development. This is particularly beneficial in our busy and hectic lives, as it helps you to dispel the stresses and strains of daily life and find peace and tranquilly.

Our instructor has had the privilege of studying three different lineages from the late Grandmaster Ip Man line. Each lineage has a different focus on how Wing Chun should be practised, offering different pieces of the larger Wing Chun puzzle. Our instructor has learned from teachers such as Chu Shong Tin, Ip Chun, and Ip Ching, who have all contributed to spreading the popularity of Wing Chun worldwide.

If you are interested in joining Body Mind Wing Chun, we hold classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:20-9:20pm at the Sneyd Community Association in Bloxwich, Walsall. Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels and experience levels, and we welcome newcomers with open arms.
