Opening her own studio in 2015. She is a certified yoga instructor with over 500 hours of training, specialising in Vinyasa and Yin yoga. Tracey's passion for yoga stems from its ability to bring strength, connexion, and peace to both the mind and body.
Body N Soul Yoga offers a wide range of classes suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis. The class descriptions can be found on our website, where you can also view our class timetable and book your spot. We recommend arriving early to your scheduled class, at least 10 minutes in advance, as classes start promptly on time.
The studio is located at 13 Murray Street in Wandal, conveniently situated across from The Hall school. Ample parking is available, ensuring a stress-free arrival to your practise. The studio is equipped with modern facilities including heating, air conditioning, and shower and toilet facilities for your convenience.
During your practise, we ask that you kindly keep your electronics on do-not-disturb or aeroplane mode to create a peaceful and distraction-free environment. This allows you to fully immerse yourself in the practise and embrace the serenity of the studio.
