Body Nurture

Instructor and completing my Yoga Teacher Training. I also trained in Aerial Yoga, which added a fun and unique element to my classes.

Driven by my desire to make yoga and Pilates accessible to all, I opened Body Nurture in Bolton. The studio is designed to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone, regardless of their fitness level or experience. With small class sizes limited to a maximum of 8 people (4 for group reformer & aerial yoga classes), I am able to provide individual attention and guidance to each and every client.

At Body Nurture, we offer a wide range of classes to cater to different needs and preferences. Our main studio is equipped with 4 SPX Max reformers and a variety of small props for Pilates, including fitness circles, arc barrels, stability cushions, and more. We also have two Pilates rehab suites, where clients can use equipment such as V2Max Plus reformers, Cadillac, Pilates Stability Chairs, and Spine Correctors.

In addition to our yoga and Pilates classes, we have a healing room on the upper floor, where clients can enjoy holistic treatments such as Gong, Drum, Crystal Bowls, Crystal Therapies, Aromatherapy, and Reiki. The Indian inspired Sun Room provides a tranquil space to relax and enjoy a cup of complimentary tea after one of our events, such as our monthly Gong Baths.

I believe that nurturing the mind and body goes beyond just the physical practise. That's why I offer personalised one-to-one sessions to discuss each individual's exercise requirements and goals. I am dedicated to helping clients achieve their health and wellness objectives and provide ongoing support throughout their journey.
