When it comes to personal training, our certified trainer, Goran, has extensive experience in the industry. With a background in kickboxing martial arts and self-defence, Goran is equipped with the knowledge and skills to guide you through your fitness journey. He holds a Physical Education Degree in Sports and Fitness, as well as Certificates III and IV in Fitness.
We offer private sessions for individuals who prefer a personalised training approach. Goran will work closely with you to develop a training programme tailored to your specific goals and abilities. From improving technique to increasing strength and agility, our boxing and kickboxing workouts will challenge you both mentally and physically.
In addition to personal training, we also offer corporate group training sessions. These sessions are perfect for businesses looking to improve the overall fitness and well-being of their employees. Our 45-minute training sessions once a week will not only increase fitness levels but also promote stress reduction and boost employee morale.
Kickboxing workouts at Body Powers Gym are highly effective in burning calories, with an average of 600 to 700 calories burned per hour. For our training sessions, it is important for clients to come prepared with gloves, wraps, a towel, and a bottle of water.
