Bodyrock Dance Studio, located in Dudley, has been operating since 2004 and offers a range of dance classes for students of all ages. The studio offers a Fun Fusion of various dance styles, including Jazz, Modern Contemporary, Pom/Drill style Cheerleading, and Hip Hop.

Throughout the years, Bodyrock Dance Studio has achieved several highlights. Students have had the opportunity to travel to the United States three times, performing at iconic locations such as Disneyland California, Disney World Florida, Hollywood Boulevard, and Universal Studios in LA and Florida. They have also undertaken workshops in LA and New York. Additionally, the studio has performed at Dreamworld on the Gold Coast twice and at community events including the Newcastle Show and the Matarra Festival.

The annual end of year concert is always a favourite among students.

The principal of Bodyrock Dance Studio is Michelle Fleming, who has 37 years of dance and theatre experience in various styles. Michelle has trained under renowned dance instructors and has completed her examinations under the British Ballet Organisation Syllabus. She has also attended dance workshops with Disney Performing Arts Directors, the LA Edge Performing Arts Centre, and Pearl Studio in New York. Michelle's extensive experience also includes coordinating and performing in dance showcases at Disneyland California, Disney World Florida, Hollywood Boulevard, and Universal Studios in Los Angeles and Orlando.

Michelle is passionate about sharing her love of dance and has taught classes for other local dance studios as well as at local primary and high schools.

Classes at Bodyrock Dance Studio are held on Wednesdays at the Dudley Senior Citizen's Hall. The timetable includes the Junior Jiver's class for children aged Kinder to 9 years, which incorporates Jazz, Modern Ballet, and Pom/Drill Cheerleading. This class offers an exciting blend of creativity, technique, and energetic fun for young dancers. There is also the Tiny Twister's class for preschool-aged children (3-5 years), which focuses on Jazz and Modern Ballet as a perfect introduction to dance.
