Bolton Gymnastics Club

Lisa, the organizer, wants to share a bit about what's happening at Bolton Gymnastics. Her goal is to support children in their health and wellness journey by focusing on their physical, emotional, and social growth. Kids will have the chance to pick up new skills and make some great friends in a fun and safe spot.

Bolton Gymnastics offers full-day and half-day programs, with flexible options of attending five, three, or two days a week. Kids need to be at least 4 or 5 years old to join the half-day or full-day sessions, respectively.

Lisa strongly believes that gymnastics is a fundamental sport teaching kids how their bodies move. Through active movement, they'll build balance, coordination, flexibility, strength, and confidence. The programs cater to kids of all abilities, starting as young as two years old. If you have any questions, Lisa's friendly team is ready to help.

There are plenty of recreational gymnastics programs available for both girls and boys, allowing each child to progress at their own speed. The coaching staff is committed to creating a positive and supportive environment where kids can thrive. For those interested, competitive programs are also on offer to take gymnastics to the next level.

Registration is easy and can be done online, with Visa and MasterCard accepted. If paying by debit or cash is preferred, in-person registration during office hours is available. Lisa has also arranged for discounts for families enrolling multiple children.
