Kaz, the founder of Boot Camp with Kaz, has an inspiring personal journey. She went from being a super-fit military PT to a busy mum of four with weight struggles. However, thanks to Boot Camp, she is now fighting fit again and excited to share her training and lifestyle secrets with others.
