These classes are suitable for all ages and fitness levels, and no dance experience is required.
In addition to Pilates and BarreConcept, we also offer Bodytone classes, which are designed to improve overall body strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness. These classes incorporate a mix of exercises using bodyweight, resistance bands, and light weights to provide a full-body workout.
For those who prefer more cardio-focused workouts, we have a dedicated spinning studio where our experienced instructors lead high-energy indoor cycling classes. Spinning is a fantastic way to burn calories, build cardiovascular fitness, and improve leg strength and endurance. Border Pilates is a small and friendly studio that prides itself on providing a warm and welcoming environment for all clients. Our studio owner, Julie Kelly Smith, has years of experience in the fitness industry, and all our instructors are highly qualified, approachable, and passionate about what they do.
We offer a wide range of class options throughout the week, providing plenty of flexibility to accommodate busy schedules. Our online classes are available 24/7, and include Pilates, Barre, Abs & Core Strength, and Bodytone. Booking and enquiries for all studio classes can be made through our website or by contacting us via phone or email. We also accept payment through PayPal for block bookings and online subscriptions.
At Border Pilates, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy, and we encourage clients to book their classes in advance to avoid disappointment. If you are pregnant, please inform the instructors prior to the class start. We reserve the right to change or cancel classes if necessary, and we have the right to refuse entry to classes.
