In addition to exams, Bounce Dance Academy also organises numerous performance opportunities for its students. These performances allow students to showcase their talent and hard work, while also building confidence and self-esteem. Performances range from class presentations at the end of term in front of parents and caregivers to yearly theatre productions that bring together all the schools and classes. All performances are costumed, making them a fantastic experience for the students.

Students selected for these groups have had the opportunity to perform at prestigious events such as the 'Royal Cornwall Show,' 'The Hall for Cornwall,' and 'Move it,' both within Cornwall and across the country.
The school's founder, Rachel Pearse, is a highly experienced and qualified dance professional. Having trained at the Hammond School of Dance and worked as a dancer on cruise ships, Rachel decided to settle down in Cornwall and establish Bounce Dance Academy. Over the past 12 years, the school has flourished under her leadership, and Rachel takes great pride in the achievements of both the students and staff.
Emma Handley, another key member of the Bounce Dance Academy team, holds a BA (Hons) in Dance and boasts an impressive background as a dancer. She has performed alongside Wayne Sleep and has worked as a backing dancer for various renowned music artistes. Emma's rapport with students is exceptional, allowing her to create a nurturing and supportive learning environment.
Hayley Mottershead, who has been a part of Bounce for a decade, brings a wealth of experience to the Academy. With a passion for Ballet and Street-dance, Hayley has provided guidance and instruction to students in addition to working in the office. Her well-rounded expertise and global travel experiences contribute to the dynamic atmosphere at Bounce Dance Academy.
