Bournemouth Cricket Club

Bournemouth Cricket Club, located in Christchurch, Dorset, is the largest and most successful cricket club in the area. As the only club in Dorset that plays in an accredited ECB leading League, the SLP (Southern leading League), Bournemouth Cricket Club offers competitive cricket at the highest level.

The club boasts a range of teams catering to players of all abilities and ages. On Saturdays, there are five adult sides playing league cricket. Wednesdays see two adult evening league teams in action. On Sundays, there is a family-oriented T25 side, and the club also has a ladies softball team that competes in both league competitions and festivals.

For youth players, Bournemouth Cricket Club has a strong and vibrant youth section. Boys and girls from the age of five upwards can participate in fun and competitive cricket. The club provides the highest standards of training and coaching. For talented and dedicated young players, there is the much-vaunted Academy System, which offers a pathway to playing leading League cricket and beyond.

Despite the club's focus on excellence, Bournemouth Cricket Club maintains a fantastic family atmosphere. Numerous social events are held throughout the year to bring the entire club together.

The club's facilities, which are already excellent, are currently undergoing substantial investment and improvements. Bournemouth Cricket Club has three pitches and extensive practise areas to accommodate the growing needs of the club and its members.
