BPM offers a unique boutique experience that prioritises your body and its needs. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, our dynamic timetable has something to suit everybody.

Our range of classes includes Matwork, Reformer, Barre, Equipment, Private, and Semi Private Pilates. All of our classes are suitable for pre and post-pregnancy clients and are designed to be safe and effective. If you are dealing with an injury, our clinical team is here to provide the care and support you require.
