Holiday, our Pony Club Weeks at Bowes Manor Equestrian Centre offer children the unique opportunity to have their very own pony for a whole week! This immersive experience allows children to learn all aspects of horse care and riding in a fun and safe environment.
Our fully qualified coaches ensure that each child receives expert instruction tailored to their skill level. From beginner riders to more experienced equestrians, we have lessons and activities to suit everyone. Children will learn how to groom and tack up their pony, as well as basic stable management and horse health care.
During the week, children will also have the chance to participate in exciting group lessons and rides, including treks along our beautiful local bridleways. These activities help to build confidence, improve riding skills, and foster a love for horses and the equestrian sport.

Our livery yard offers over 60 stables, ensuring that your horse or pony receives top-quality care and accommodation. We have a horsewalker, lunging pen, horse washroom, and solarium available for your convenience. Acres of grazing, an isolation/starvation paddock, and on-site showjumping competitions make our equestrian centre a thriving hub for horse enthusiasts.
